Helpful friendly service with good quality vehicles
After looking for a motorhome on the internet, I found Hoyles through a search engine. They had very informative adverts with very good photos. Hoyles had several motorhomes that interested me. I sent a message and Nick contacted me quickly and answered all my questions. He was very supportive and kept us updated with regards to viewing them. When we arrived, we felt valued customers, we were given time to look into the motorhomes and offered a test drive. There was no pressure to purchase. We did purchase and the process was very smooth. Personable supportive service from a small family firm. Highly recommend, all vehicles looked in good condition, I could have bought a few. Thank you Nick and team.

Great experience buying from Hoyles
We purchased an A Class motor home from Hoyles last summer and was absolutely delighted with the service, price, efficiency and courtesy of the staff. They kept us well informed and delivered it on time. We recently took the van in for a few small “niggling” warranty issues and again the service was excellent, all work done and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys. A good old traditional garage, will definitely use again.

Absolutely amazing!
This is the go to company if you are looking for a campervan. A small family business with friendly, honest staff. We have brought a VW campervan and dealt with Tim, Nick and Rob and all have been amazing. No pressure sales from the very knowledgeable Tim, and Nick was very patient showing us how things work when we collected it. Called them a few times with questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. Only trouble we had was after six weeks of use, an ABS sensor went. Called them and Rob fixed it within 24 hours, no charge and again told to call them with any problems. Genuinely a brilliant company and I would not go anywhere else. They can be busy at times, but that's testament to the pride they take in the business. Thank you very much!

Excellent Sales & After Sales Service!
We bought a VW T5.1 Leisuredrive in March 2023. Friendly, no-pressure sales. Time was taken fully understand our requirements and advice and recommendations given by Nick and Tim. On a bank holiday Sunday afternoon, we had an issue with the fridge whilst we were away and on the off chance we tried Tim’s mobile. We fully expected him not to answer, but he did. He tried to help but when he couldn’t, he had his engineer ring us, which he did, within the hour. The engineer helped us temporarily sort the issue and arranged for us to take the van in for a permanent fix when we returned from holiday. Fully recommend Hoyles for their excellent sales and after sales service. 5*

Excellent personal service and advice from Robin and Nick. Both were very approachable and responded quickly to queries throughout, from first visit to final purchase and beyond. There was clearly a full team effort behind the scenes concerning all work and final touches to our vehicle making us feel confident both now and in the future should we need any further support - thank you to all.

Outstanding!
Fantastic service from start to finish a family run business ran by proper decent folk that look after their customers which is near impossible to find these days. Any unforseen issues after purchase were delt with without quibble no job too small or too big from number plate lights to a mechatronics unit. They even provided a car whilst repairs were carried out all at no cost to me. I couldn't reccomend highly enough and will definitely be back to see Nick, Robyn and Co should I want to upgrade my van as I know first hand I can buy with complete confidence and peace of mind. I have also met other people since who purchased here who say the same so if you see a vehicle you like here just buy it! The guys will look after you and are more than willing to share their time, knowledge and experience. I genuinely cannot thank Hoyles Denholme enough absolutely outstanding service!

We recently brought a VW trident camper from Hoyles and they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We travelled quite a way to collect it and they went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for us, including meeting us at the train station. We’re absolutely thrilled with the van which is in fantastic condition, and they obviously really care about every vehicle that leaves their garage.

It’s a friendly, family run business and they are brilliant at what they do. I had a really specific idea in mind of what I wanted my campervan to look like and Nick was really accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful in bringing my vision to life. I had an Austops scenic canvas roof fitted, and a full custom campervan fit out and I could not be happier. I had a few small teething problems but these were quickly sorted out by Chris and Dan who are also awesome, and Nick was always willing to answer my questions, even after I’d picked the van up. I’ve had the van a year now and still really happy!
